‘Hello Hello’…

‘Hello Hello’, the new Midival Punditz Album launched in Mumbai at Blue Frog on the 22^nd and 23^rd of May. We were all very excited to go watch the Punditz live and maybe take a couple of pictures of the gig, so imagine our delight when Amit called and asked us if we would be interested in shooting it! The only thing more fun than watching a gig, is shooting it. Why do you think we do what we do? The money??

Enter the Dragon

After a lot of last minute Camera hiring, we were ready to go. The first day (Friday) was also the day our newbie Vinayak, got a chance to handle a PD Cam for the first time and he seemed to have a good time figuring it out! Shooting a packed gig is never easy - the manoevering takes quite a bit of talent. But you really can’t expect anything less at a Punditz gig in Mumbai. A packed house is an understatement. What can we say? We survived…And loved every minute of it! (Also,we’re a talented bunch of people, no really, we are)

On Saturday, the Punditz proved their experimental edge by screening the film, ‘Enter the Dragon’ and creating a live soundtrack while the movie played. The set was highly anticipated and the concept unheard of in the city. All in all a very interesting 2 days of shoot that left us completley satisfied! Goolshireen multitasked between video and stills (she’s still unsure of what she has more fun doing!)
